Travel Conditions
The following conditions may be a mouthful, but the following, we make sure that you as a customer at KTC / Your Adventure is made aware of all possible eventualities and the contractual basis is clearly the tour is booked. Therefore it is important that you have set yourself thoroughly into our rules before booking and departure. Remember: we assume that all our customers are aware of all handouts. KTC / Your Fairytale us refer primarily to the following conditions. Those conditions attached to the invoice upon booking.
DEPOSIT AND BALANCE OF PAYMENT: The deposit for each trip must be paid before registration is final. The balance is paid in accordance invoice 2-3. mrd. before departure.
MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: For the expedition achieved requires a minimum number of participants at 6 unless otherwise indicated. It may happen that we choose to lead the expedition through with fewer participants.
WARRANTY: KTC / Your adventure will last 1 ½ months before departure, determine whether an expedition conducted.
If canceled 45 days before departure day is the deposit lost. If you cancel 30 days before departure day is 50% of the price dropped. Cancel the trip later than 30 days before departure day, the total price of the holiday is lost.
PRICE GUARANTEE: KTC / Your story has imposed price guarantee on all expeditions price will be given when booking is therefore at all times in force and you can NEVER risk getting sent an additional bill for the ride.
FLY, PASSPORT, VISA AND VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS: You must themselves as travelers have all formation ganglia in order so that they match the requirements set for the country to which you wish to enter. Ie You have to make sure that: bring a valid passport - stamped possible. necessary visas, have mandatory vaccination and other formalities - as we have indicated as necessary for the trip. The above requirements apply to persons with a Danish passport. Additional requirements may apply to other nationalities - contact KTC / Your Adventure to learn more. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct name when registering. There must be consistency with the name of the passport and the name should appear on airfare. Possibly. costs by issuing new tickets held by the traveler.
ITINERARY: Travel Planner sent approx. 1mdr. before departure, will contain details of all relevant information for your journey.
LIABILITY: KTC / Your story can only be claimed damages for any thing. happened on the expedition.
COMPLAINTS: Complaints must be made during the expedition to expedition leader. A written complaint must be sent within 3 weeks after returning from the trip. In all proceedings against KTC / Your story must Danish law applied. Complaints that can not be determined by the Travel Board, shall be settled by the Maritime and Commercial Court under Danish law.
ERRORS / DISCREPANCIES: If you errors / conflicts with the above and stated in the invoice - contact immediately KTC / Your Adventure.
